I’ve resisted posting a review- because I’ve always valued our postal employees and knew they worked tirelessly and in a lot of cases- thanklessly. I know it’s not an easy job, so I’ve made excuses for the employees at this location. But every single time I visit- if the female that sits on the right side of the counter isn’t incredibly rude, it’s the male to the left making strange comments (many are very outdated “jokes” or snide remarks about women) or just unsolicited dumps complaints on customers. Both employees seem to not like each other at all, and they do not hide it, they are rude to each other and in almost every interaction I’ve seen- to customers as well. I’ve witnessed the female refuse to get a package for a woman from the back, she’s sat on FaceTime every single time I’ve shipped something- not speaking to me unless I ask her a question or reprimanding me, she’s refused to help saying she was helping another customer when I was the only one in the post office, she was incredibly rude when I needed to take a picture of a package to show it had been shipped (and was happy to pause her phone call to chastise me about cameras in the post office, and honestly I could keep going. The man seems to have just walked out of the fifties with his less than stellar comments and behaviors. This is such a convenient location- but they rarely ever stay open until closing- and act like you are the biggest inconvenience no matter what your shipping needs are. I’ve seen them both treat customers in line worse than what I experienced. I hope some day they both find fulfilling careers where they are happy- but until that day comes I would avoid this post office at all costs if you can.

The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional. Every time I come in to drop off packages, the male employee has something negative to say. All of my packages are properly prepared with labels attached and securely taped, yet he consistently nitpicks and often refuses to accept them without valid reason.
On one occasion, he even made an inappropriate comment, saying, “they are the brown ones, not the white ones like us,” while laughing hysterically and incorrectly trying to claim my package was UPS instead of USPS (which it was not). Very unprofessional. The female employee is also rude and dismissive whenever I’ve interacted with her. Go to a different post office if you can.

I hardly write reviews but I just came to this location at 3:45 when they close at 4:30 only to see a line of people outside and a sign on the door saying “closed for lunch” … at 3:45pm. No one answering calls, no one showing up. ridiculous, insane, unprofessional, all of the above.

this is truly the worst post office on planet Earth. It is 2:50 in the afternoon and the woman working here just lock the door in my face along with two other people and said she was closing up for lunch and was not coming back for the rest of the day. every time I come in she is rude unfriendly and unhelpful. If ever there was a public employee that needs to be fired this is her

I was told that I wasn’t actually standing in line when the sign that says “Line starts here” isn’t even aimed at the door. Given attitude by the guy behind the counter just for giving him a prepaid label that wasn’t already taped to the box. Very, very rude staff. Go to any other Post Office.
