I had done quite a bit of shopping while visiting from Michigan and there was no way I could fit everything in my luggage for the flight home. They were patient, professional, and made the entire shipping process so easy. They helped me get everything packed securely and made sure all of my packages were taken care of with great care. Customer service like this is hard to find these days! If you’re looking for a UPS Store with knowledgeable, friendly people who truly care about their customers, this is the place. Thank you, Jerry and Shalom, for making a stressful situation so easy. I truly appreciate you both! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You will have to pay extra for shipping fee (I sent 4x items and paid $10) Process: 1) Enter hotel by pressing the buzzer on the left side of the entrance 2) go up the stairs and take the elevator on your right 3) Go to floor M 4) get off the elevator and walk to the right, down a hall 5) You will see a sign that says “business services” enter through this door. 6) Person behind the counter was very friendly and dispute the challenge in how to get here & the extra fee, everything was processed faced and efficiently
- TRThomas RiordanApr 16, 20264.0A little hard to find. On the Mezzanine level of the hotel. Take the elevator up or 2 escalators. It's not a scam like some people are saying. Some things have a service fee; Some don't. The gentleman working there was friendly and explained the process well.

He took extra care in making sure my item was secured and protected in the package. There is an additional cost to sending a package out from this location, but he let me know that upfront in case I didn't want to use their services. Great customer service overall
