The owner of this store copped an attitude with me for coming to his store to pick up a UPS Package, which I rerouted via the UPS App where it is marked as an Access Point, contrary to his belief. This is a known service UPS provides and I pay for. I also come to his store to ship things on a regular basis, which I did because the other employees were super friendly (and even though it’s 3.5 miles from my house). All I was doing was picking up my package and he said he would need to start charging me for this, and then was extremely rude when I explained it to him. This is an issue he needs to address with UPS and not with the customer who is simply following protocol. Learn some customer service skills, sir.

Service was great and fast. Staff was polite and greeted me with a smile.

If you are looking for uptight, no-help, "we are only a franchise, nor *REALLY* UPS," and we can't help you with any UPS delivery issues, even though we are in your neighborhood, this is the place to go

7323 is a great location. The staff, especially Brandon and Mrs. Sarai; are always welcoming, attentive, and helpful.

Although I have had terrible experience with UPS as a company: late deliveries, damage, missing packages, I have always ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with this store. Specifically Taj and Cordell. I would say that they are so helpful they've almost become friends. Top notch...
Now, when attempting to speak with customer service at UPS its an awful experience. Just for a laugh, I am not on a transfer loop speaking to my 11th representative who has "Transferred" me to the "right" department: Special shout out to the following representatives: Horitz, Fidoo, Elwindow, Uday, Kmo, Gaura, Kimmy, Monica, Gnu, Kant, Hchew (spelling)?
