    The team at Pack Rat is the best!! always helpful, Whether I need their help in packing and shipping an item, or just dropping off a pre-labeled package, . They are fast and efficient and knowledgeable about all things shipping!!

    I’ve used Pack Rat for years now as a dropoff location for various shippers, to pack and ship items that were particularly tricky or fragile, and to buy supplies. I’ve never been disappointed by their pack and ship services and their customer service is excellent. Oh… and they provide notary services too!

    Absolute old school customer service!! Even from the many Gen Z clerks I’ve encountered. Once I waited an entire 10 minutes every other of the 15-20 times I wait an average of 3 minutes. Fast smooth service. They give UPS, FedEx fastest service uptown. It’s actually kinda charming. Even when puppies come in !! Then everyone gather around and gives pets and gets kisses. It’s hilarious

    The staff here is so helpful, friendly, and professional! I primarily use them for shipping and returns, and every single package has gotten to its destination, well packed and on time. The staff people give you every possible timing and price option and never try to upsell. They have a ton of cute greeting cards and handy little items for your use or to add to packages. The people are the real superstars though! They make a mundane chore into a pleasure.

    Good people that care about the neighborhood and the people. They will even still answer the phone with a real person who can answer questions. The receipt for anything, like sending prepaid FedEx labels, is great. Handy method of confirmation.
