Insight Global does business with dishonest companies that do not treat team members with respect. This place does not have your best interest in mind. They could not care less about the individual. Don't trust these people.

If a job isn’t a good fit for a candidate say it instead requesting all of their personal details then ghosting them. It was odd and rude, and you shouldn’t disrespect someone for a commission.
- MMMD MFeb 7, 20231.0Took a month and 3 weeks for company to complete my background check. Company canceled position because how long it took. Background checks take 3-5 days add another week. After that don’t assume it will be complete in time by this company. It’s best to take 17 years in aviation maf engineering contracting. First time ever, even during Covid, it has taken this long to get a background check back
