  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location with an employee named Sharron. When I entered the store, I stood in line for a while before she acknowledged me. When she finally asked how she could help me, I explained that I needed an email address so I could send a document to print. She provided the email and helped me get the information I needed. After sending my document, I stood at the front counter waiting for assistance. I waited approximately five minutes before I had to ask Sharron why I had not received the code to access my document. She told me that it takes a minute. I then explained that I was paying with cash and asked if I could pay at the printer. She told me that cash payments had to be made at the front counter. Even after explaining that I was ready to pay, I had to wait several more minutes before she came to the counter. When she finally took my cash, she told me she would put $1 on the FedEx store card instead of me paying the $0.79 directly. After that, she walked away without explaining how I was supposed to use the printer or complete the printing process. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and customer service. I felt as though completing other tasks was being prioritized over assisting a customer who was standing there waiting for help. Sharon’s attitude and lack of communication came across as very unprofessional. I hope management addresses this because customers should not have to repeatedly ask for assistance or figure out the printing process on their own. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this location when Sharon is working.

  2 stars because their shipping services are efficient and easy and the location is convenient — but charging an $8 'file enhancement fee' to make 2 photos 4x6 when they're already the right aspect ratio is egregious..

  Don't waste your time here! I should have followed my shop local mantra but I had to come here to drop off an AT&T modem so while I was here, I decided to get a few documents printed for a meeting I have on Mon. Go elsewhere and get full / real service. They force you to use a kiosk / email service that won't accept zip files. It takes 5 min for the system to send you the code and then you have to manually select each one to print and re-select the settings each time. It took 20 min to print a few single page documents. Horrible experience!
