- BSBoblz SmithApr 24, 20265.0The staff at the new Iberia office went above and beyond to help me . I went there to try and pick up a UPS package. It was going to be delivered the next day but I had an early flight and needed it before I left . I went in and told the clerk my problem at first she said she wasn’t supposed to do it but would ask a supervisor. She ask for my ID . I showed it to her. She then went to talk to the supervisor. To my complete surprise she can back with my package . I was so surprised that I left my drivers license on the counter and left . Remember I’m flying on vacation the next morning . I go home not knowing I had left my license. 5 minutes after I get home someone knocks on the door and when I answer it a postman is standing there and hands me my license. It’s almost an hour round trip from my home to the post office and it looked like he was in his personal truck . The package was a gift . These ppl were AMAZING !!! . I wish I knew there names . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME !!!!!!. I have been to this post office many times before and they were always helpful and nice but this was next level
