- SHSusan HudsonJun 29, 20265.0Mr Ricky at the front desk is one individual I love to see when I go in . He is so accurate with every detail of the transaction he is serving to his customer with a huge smile and meaning behind every word and I enjoy listening to him when speaking before I get to enjoy his embrace at my time in line . He is in such joyous moods every time I see him speak to whoever for whatever lol. He engages with every single individual that walks in his doors with the upmost respect and aims highest to succeed and does !!! He makes my trip to the post office a blessed one to know that ppl do still care and want the same in return . Thank u Mr Rick for being with the USPS in morgan City Louisiana and being our go to person . For all of our postal needs . Your big smile Carry's on to the next person and then on to their next so I will do the same for it to always return and on and on .
- AMAngela MartinJan 21, 20261.0Guy working at the register is rude and loud. He chimed in about me changing my mind about shipping my package. He got loud and obnoxious making it known I changed my mind. That is not professional. They need someone else working that front register and area.
- ABApril BurnsMar 6, 20191.0I would love to find a local number instead of being told I'll receive a call back "in more than one hour". I received a message from Amazon that my package was undeliverable yesterday. Explain to me how this is possible when they delivered the other 4 I received yesterday with no problem? So I'm assuming she missed that package and didn't want to come back. I just want to know where my package is.
- SSsouthernsailor77Jun 11, 20171.0Twice I've been in this post office and ask for the simplest thing. It's like asking for a million dollars or something. My advice, Use Fedx or UPS they take care of people.
