- BRbob rick2 days ago1.0This is one of the absolute worse places to get packages from. I've gotten 3 packages in the span of 2 months two had gotten lost and the more recent one was stolen never delivered even though it says on the tracker it was. I have security footage of it never being delivered. My Amazon packages were however dropped off at a timely manner. I guess its time to only use amazon and ups for now on. This company is horrendous stealing people's stuff that they paid for.
- JAJ ArmfieldAug 20, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I was shipping a laptop with a lithium-ion battery using USPS Ground Advantage. The package had a UN3481 lithium battery label properly affixed, and I was attempting to ship it by ground. The clerk refused to accept the package, stating that the USPS shipping label could not be used because it had a “G” on it. When I asked about the requirements, I was not given a clear explanation or shown any USPS documentation supporting that claim. I was also never told that I could simply handwrite “Surface Transportation Only” or “Restricted Electronic Device” on the package. What made the experience worse was the way the situation was handled. Rather than explaining the requirements or helping me correct the package, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Every time I walk into this location, the same employee is always as rude and dismissive with other customers as well. And even goes as far as making snarky comments about some customers after they leave to whoever is stationed next to her. I understand that USPS has specific rules regarding lithium batteries, and I’m more than willing to comply with them. However, customers should be given accurate information and reasonable guidance when something needs to be corrected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location.

I don't think she could pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. On top of the people who work inside, the drivers are just as awful at their job.
