- DRdavid rittingerApr 6, 20261.0UPS in general has to many issues they give you an estimate time so you can make sure your home and you waiting around and no show up 30 mins past they update the thing saying by 9pm now this is ridiculous so not convenient I’d rather fed ex I never had problems with them I let the person know to how ups is so hope they will start using someone else

THE LADY WORKING THERE SAID ITS NOT MY RULE AND CHARGED MY 5 DOLLARS TO TAPE UP 2 SMALL BAGS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Then on the receipt it says miscellaneous SCAMMMMMMMERS

I stumbled upon this exquisite store when I used to send Christmas & Hannukah gifts to my neices, sometimes trying to make up for my shopping time with a rushed delivery that was always on time. The personnel from the very first day has been the heartbeat of the store along with management which promises smooth operation and quick moving lies at times of high volume. I trust my job with their services and something so important as my first attempt at helping my first-born neice celebrate her first Hannukah. The best store in a big metro area.
