- BBBoogieApr 24, 20261.0It is a liability using usps. You can get tracking pay for high insurance. You will still get 1 star service at best. The online is clearly no help and but only a distraction from solving any simple issue we as a customer shouldn't be having. I can't use usps anymore. They're the opposite of reliable.

We never get important mail, have to go there multiple times to talk to the postmaster about not getting our mail especially the important pieces, and they are cutting up in the back so loudly you can hear them laughing and screwing around instead of working from the lobby. 0 stars. This is the worst post office on the westbank and wish i could get my mail routed through another!!! Horrible horrible horrible!! They never can help us locate mail and im always reporting it lost
