- ADAngelle DauzatMay 13, 20261.0We had a check “lost” in the mail that came from mandeville (45 mins away). It was mailed out on a Monday morning 8am and was in our informed delivery on Thursday morning to be delivered that day (I know there may be a 2 day delay), but all of a sudden it went MIA. No one knew where it went. I called this post office to speak with the post master and he was supposed to check with a sorter because she “might’ve put it up somewhere” but never recd a call back from him. Good thing we were able to void the check and just get issued a new one, but apparently this isn’t the first check to go missing from this post office. Beware.

I've had my mailed crammed in my mailbox or simply refused to deliver (because my little sausage dog was outside...geez, he may eat her alive). My packages have been bent and ruined because it was too difficult to drive up my driveway, so it was crammed in my mailbox instead. Horrible service.
- AWAshley WNov 25, 20241.0This location is filled with unprofessional, condescending individuals. They refuse to deliver large packages. It’s part of the job, you are getting paid to deliver packages, regardless if it fits in the mailbox or not. My package had supposedly changed carriers, , and they hadn’t even transferred it in a span of a week. Another instance, my Amazon package stated I had requested to pick up at a location(after it said my package was out for delivery), which I had not. I am paying for delivery, therefore I would like my packages to be delivered accordingly.

I was home all day...so the mail carrier didnt even try...just lied and left the card in the mailbox! The letter is extremely important! Lazy and the absolute worst office!
