The fine folks at the Lake Charles USPS were more than helpful. Quick (in-and-out) with no lines.

I legitimately cannot go in this location any more. While Ms. Caritha (spelling?) is awesome and deserves five stars, this place is abysmal. I have been fighting for close to a month to get the locks changed on the mailbox at my new home. Granted, the park did not have my home assigned a mailbox but why on God's green earth would the "maintenance man" change the locks on the neighbor's box? My house is #A, the neighbor's house is just #. I feel like if you didn't clearly see a box labeled #A, this person should have went back the office and they could've called one of the two phone numbers I left or went into the park office that is literally next door to the mailbox bank. Neither happened, so now not only do I not have my mail, my neighbor cannot even get his mail because they changed his lock and he doesn't have the keys! Upon discovering this error, I put a hold on my mail while park management assigned a box to my home. I had to go back to the post office and reset up the lock change (a week ago). No mail for me at the time, granted my household doesn't receive many papers anyway. However, since my mail was allegedly being held, I ordered something from Amazon thinking I could retrieve it from the post office. Wrong. I went back today to check on the status of my lock change and had to deal with Arpita. This was my mistake, I should have waited on Ms. Caritha. After explaining the situation to Arpita, I was told "There's is no #A." I can assure you there is. Could you see if I have mail? She said she would go check if there was mail for #. I said #A, A as in apple. A. When she came back, she said there was no mail for me as it is being delivered to my mailbox. I asked her "The mailbox i don't have a key for?" And she told me that I could fill out another mail hold to have my mail retrieved from the box and brought back to the post office. What? Why would I do that when the first hold clearly didn't do as intended? I left without resolving any issues.

My father hasn't received any mail in a week nor have they stopped to picked up his mail that's been out now for 4 days. This is ridiculous. He lives next to two businesses that receive there mail.
