- PNP NybergAug 9, 20261.0I wish I could get a private company to deliver. I've been putting up with a terrible mail carrier for about 20 years. I complained about him misdelivering packages to neighbors, or someone else's certified mail to me! Well, the postmaster told him I complained about him, and you can imagine how bad it has gotten for the 15 years since then.
- JBJames BlainAug 1, 20263.0Generally they do ok but sometimes they put a neighbor's mail in our box or vice versa. When I have mail held, it's held alright but it's about impossible to get it back! Both last year, if not even before, and this year after being away and having my mail held, it wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be upon our return. The post office acted like everything's fine and the mail was delivered...but it wasn't. And today, I had to stand in a long line because just one employee was working in front. This after postal services went up in price. Shameful.
- MDMichelle DJul 12, 20261.0On July 2, my letter carrier left my packages out in the yard on the sidewalk instead of leaving them at my door. I was away and it rained, ruining my packages. I opened a complaint with the USPS on July 3. On July 7, I received an aggressive knock on my door. I opened it to the mail carrier demanding that I step outside so she could explain something to me. I declined to step out so she began telling me she wasn't leaving my packages because mail carriers carry a scent that dogs attack and my neighbors dog barks at the fence when its outside. I was astonished and insisted that my packages my delivered to the door as her supervisor assured me would happen. Frankie rudely agreed to do so. But this is my delivery today. And once again, it stormed outside.

They are always very busy but always greet with a smile and are very professional and a fantastic asset to this company
