- LBLay BrunoApr 7, 20262.0The lack of integrity of the staff and how lazy they are pretending packages are undeliverable just bc they don’t want to walk to deliver it rather being honest and saying it’s delayed, unable to answer the phone, difficult to get assistance from…..They will be the reason their own job stops getting traffic bc nobody trusts them and will put themselves out of work sooner than later. There’s not enough stamps you can buy to save the post office when their workers are working so much harder to avoid doing the job effectively. They don’t want business clearly because when they get it, nobody wants anything to with the customer in front of them.

- KCKara ChiassonApr 10, 20255.0Don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of issues with USPS, but recently, the workers of this post office have gone above and beyond in trying to fix an issue where my apartment complex wasn't receiving any mail. The women who called me were all nice and helpful, and the worker I just got off the phone with even said "If you hadn't gotten your mail delivered today, I would've gone to deliver it myself."
