- ALAli LopezJul 24, 20261.0I drove up at 10am to drop off a few packages to ship out and watched the worker walk out, lock the door and leave in her car. All the lights were still on inside. This is the worst post office location and this point they need to just close it down. I’ve gone at multiple different times of the day while within business hours and they never have to door open.
- AKApril KayJul 22, 20261.0Went in to drop off 3 packages that weren’t taped up yet. Soon as I walked in, the lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me nor speak to me. I set my packages at the counter & before I can do anything else, she goes “you need to buy tape”. So I proceeded to grab the tape & tape 1 of my packages because all 3 packages were different things going to different places, I did not want to confuse myself. So I told her I will be taping the boxing separately so she could scan them in 1 by 1. Customer service is an absolute 0. If I could give this review a 0 star I would. If she did not want to do her job, she should find another one. Would not be returning.
