  Being someone in the distribution, sales, and customer service business, I rarely leave less than a 5 star review, but feel this is important to let others know the level, or lack thereof, of professionalism at this location. I have contacted (as has the shipper, as the package is in his name, which is the principal issue) this store 4 times now (once in person), and have been told that a manager would contact me to resolve a receiving issue. Upon calling into the store three times, being sent to voicemail twice, the attendant (who would not give his name) proceeded to tell me that he could not promise that someone would reach out to resolve the issue. This is after another attendant told me a manager would reach out to me next day, which never happened. Highly recommend you seek shipping needs elsewhere.

  It was so easy and very fast. 10 seconds for a return. Didn’t even have to turn my car off it was so fast.

  Employees were very helpful with my Amazon return. i had picked whole foods to return my stuff and didn’t know how to change it. Ethan showed me how to fix it and he did a great job!

  The staff went above what I needed and was more than friendly and helpful. I had a fairly large package that I was shipping out of country. One staff member held the door for me and another helped me with my package. I'd never shipped out of country before so he explained all of the regulations, insurance, what may happen at customs, and any additional fees that may be charged to me or the receiver. We reviewed every item and made sure that they followed the country's import laws. In my package was a small box of decorative lights that I couldn't answer a few questions about (regarding batteries). I agreed to have the package opened and I accepted that the lights would need to be unwrapped from their giftwrapping. I am more than thankful that the staff went out of his way to be careful with the wrapping and made sure it was wrapped as it was before. Everything was the repacked just as I had it originally. The package stayed with customs for less than an hour and arrived mid afternoon on the estimated delivery date. According to the receiver, the package was a little banged up, but everything inside was safe. I'll definitely be shipping with this office in the future!
