  Being someone in the distribution, sales, and customer service business, I rarely leave less than a 5 star review, but feel this is important to let others know the level, or lack thereof, of professionalism at this location. I have contacted (as has the shipper, as the package is in his name, which is the principal issue) this store 4 times now (once in person), and have been told that a manager would contact me to resolve a receiving issue. Upon calling into the store three times, being sent to voicemail twice, the attendant (who would not give his name) proceeded to tell me that he could not promise that someone would reach out to resolve the issue. This is after another attendant told me a manager would reach out to me next day, which never happened. Highly recommend you seek shipping needs elsewhere.

  Unfriendly staff, there were 4 employees that I could see & I was the only customer, I was having trouble printing a label & told them that I would just got to the UPS store on Johnston St, Lafayette, La, again not acknowledged & was offered no assistance. I forget why I stopped using them store on James Comeaux, but My memory came right back. I'd like to leave zero stars, PITIFUL!!!!!!

  We were served by two younger ladies, who did have to help each other out but had great teamwork. They processed prepaid packages which other locations have refused (hmm no commission or something?) no problem, only they didn’t listen to us when we told them to use the prepaid labels to cover the old labels. So they were delayed because there was two addresses showing. We’ll place our own labels next time I guess. But overall great location and we’ve been to lots!
