I was charged $5 extra per box for prepaid labels and offered new boxes, which I did not need and declined. I ship daily. Not a good move on their part. I will go to the Gretna location in the future for pre-labeled larger boxes. The self-service line is quick and easy for smaller packages. Parking is good. The store is clean. I will only use this location for self-service drop-off boxes in the future.

I'm a black man, and I understand that this u p s is black owned, and because of that, they believe that they should treat black customers totally different from they do their caucasians when they come in there, like I did today.The caucasian press in front of me needed tape, and they gave it to them with no problem.But for the second time that i've gone there, they choose to charge me for tape.They charge for every single thing they are mean at the.Register, they are sarcastic into talking to you, and it's the most unprofessional place ever
