While my prior experiences at this establishment have been consistently positive, I must express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred today. Upon my arrival at 4:29, a comment was made, and I was subsequently urged to expedite my transaction, with a reference to the duration some individuals spend within the premises. I perceived this as an implicit pressure to complete the satisfaction survey promptly, specifically to select the green smiley face. As the staff member presented me with the stamps I had purchased for $300, she verbally encouraged me to accelerate the process. As patrons, we anticipate a higher caliber of service, as this aligns with the professional responsibilities of the staff. I am confident that if the staff were in a comparable scenario, such as completing a transaction at a grocery store or dining at a restaurant just prior to closing, they would not appreciate being treated impolitely. I explicitly stated, "Please refrain from being impolite; this is your professional duty," to which she responded, "I am not being impolite." This interaction was perceived as unprofessional. The customer service was unsatisfactory. I observed an employee utilizing a prime parking space near the entrance while I was at the window preparing my postcards, which I believe should be reserved for customers. I believe a change in management would be beneficial for this business, as prices continue to escalate while service quality appears to decline. While many employees demonstrate commendable dedication, such as the Mandeville office staff who extended their hours by forty minutes to assist me with my direct mailing without complaint, the recent experience suggests a lapse in professional conduct and etiquette.

My packages have never been delivered to my house or mailbox. It's an issue every time it's out for delivery.

To be honest, I don't know why people still work there. You call a number and nobody picks up. They should all be sacked. They need to be reported big time.
