  Dwain was an amazing help with printing out my documents and mailing off a box for our granddaughter. The store is clean and well organized and Dwain and his colleague were in sync, handling customers as quickly as they came into the store. I will be back to mail gifts for the holidays and other special occasions.

  Dwain is in the right position…welcoming customers with a smile. He was very helpful. Dwain was very pleasant and did not exhibit any pressure even as the people getting off work stopped in to send off their packages.

  I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bradley at UPS! 🤩 He is absolutely amazing and has helped me tremendously every single time I’ve come in. He always has such a positive attitude, is extremely helpful, patient, professional, and makes the whole experience so much easier. I honestly wish all of the employees had Bradley’s attitude and level of customer service. I’ve unfortunately had a very different experience with another young lady in the office who has not been nearly as pleasant or welcoming. Luckily, I usually get Bradley when it’s time to check out, and he completely turns the experience around. Bradley, thank you for always being so kind and helpful! UPS is very lucky to have you! you are definitely an example of what GREAT customer service should look like!

  I have been a loyal customer of this UPS Store for more than 10 years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The service is consistently exceptional. Everyone is always professional, courteous, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Tiawana is wonderful and always makes my experience pleasant. She is professional, helpful, and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. And of course, the owner deserves recognition as well. The level of customer service and professionalism throughout the store clearly reflects strong leadership and a true commitment to customers. After more than a decade of doing business here, I can truly say I would not want to go anywhere else. Whether I am shipping, printing, or taking care of other business needs, I know I can depend on this team. It is rare to find a business that provides this same level of excellent service year after year. Thank you, Tiawana, the owner, and the entire team for always taking such great care of me. You have definitely earned my loyalty!
