- AKAntonya KelleyJun 26, 20261.0They refuse to deliver anything important. If a signature is required, they will NOT go to the front office. They will NOT come to your door. They could deliver to my apartment complex all the time but SWEAR they can’t find my address whenever something that looks important enough needs to be delivered. I’m so sick of this place. Saint Francis Pkwy is not that hard to find.

They were to hold a package for me I received confirmation through the supervisor that it would be held. Go to pick it up the next day to find they had shipped it back to the return address. Then had me pay an extra 15 dollar charge to stop the package. Come to find out it had already left the state and would not give me my money back. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION DO NOT USE USPS.
