- ADArlene DaigleDec 1, 20251.0Went to Walmart in Gonzales to ship a package Craig would not take it , he told me to schedule a pickup from my home then he would print my label , after he told me to create a label he didn’t want to print it I stayed there for two hours trying to get help didn’t achieve any kind of help , I went to A1 mailing stayed in there ten minutes and all was done no problem no questions thanks A1 the girl was very knowledgeable !!!

Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy person, and this man had the patience of Job, was able to get my printing done quickly and probably save this girl from a total meltdown. As I thanked him numerous times, he always said “that’s what we’re here for“. While I agree, let me tell you customer service like that is hard to find these days and when I do, I want to make sure it is recognized and rewarded. Unlike my experience with Office Depot, which has always been frustrating, unhelpful, and bordering on downright rude, FedEx has a new customer for life.
