- NMNoEmmy MendihotzJul 4, 20265.0Micah has consistently provided exceptional customer service, particularly in accommodating package pickups. Their responsiveness and informative assistance with all inquiries have been invaluable. The primary concern lies with the early closing hours, which occasionally present a challenge for service members whose work schedules extend beyond 5 p.m.
- MGMaria GaryApr 16, 20265.0Love the customer service. The worker Micah is a funny guy! Was very quick and efficient!

- NSnethaneel savoieNov 30, 20181.0This place is horrible every time I order something from Amazon and see it is coming through the post office I know I will not get my package the day that they guarantee it it's a headache to get it every time I have to go over there and wait on the carrier to get back because she's too damn lazy to actually come and knock on the door or to even leave a slip they won't even answer the local number it just Rings until it hangs up on you with service like this the United States needs to shut down the post office and go only through places that are privately owned that actually get your packages to you on the day they actually say it's coming in
- JUJay UnknownSep 3, 20162.0Inside customer service is great but the route delivery is horriable. You better just get your packages to hold at the facilty becuase they will not deliver. Numerous times we have gotten nondeliverable notices while we are home watching the driver pull away. We then have to call and pick them up at the facilty the next day. This seems to be a normal practice for the deliver. The message always says there is not a safe place to leave the package. Guess they think the front door step is not safe :( better bring my shoes in.
