- JBJay BJun 26, 20262.0This was the absolute worst experience I ever had with usps. They lost my package for almost two weeks. My package was medium in size. A lady at my local post office lied to me by informing me that she would give me a call so that I could pick up my passage before leaving to go to a bachelorette party. She never called as promised, I waited and anticipated communication. Instead I am so disappointed! USPS was very unorganized, they failed to answer numerous calls during business hours, and had no sense of urgency to deliver or provide assistance. One lady subscribed my package and instead of it being near Denham it went from Baton Rouge to Atlanta, then Dallas, then back to Baton Rouge then Denham. I would rather promises not be made at all if they will be broken.

- BBbrandon42054Feb 8, 20171.0Poor customer service the mail carrier will not drop a package or a notice i have to watch tracking numbers to make sure stuff doesnt get sent back because i never knew it was even attempted to be delivered ive called several times and have tried to be polite as possible ans the lady that ive spoken to is very rude and will cut you off mid sentence in using ups from here on out
