- JJJan1 day ago1.0I am paralyzed on my right side and needed help putting tape on a package. The only tape they had to use with the thin kind, which is fine. I asked LaShonda to help me tape it since I have to use my teeth and one hand to do it myself. LaShonda put half a piece of tape over the top of the package defiantly and was unwilling to do anything else. A kind Patron saw me trying to tape the package myself with my mouth and one functional hand. There was no one behind me and one clerk station was open. After the kind woman showed up and helped me tape my package another teller helped me. Her name was Peggy. Peggy saw me hit the unhappy face when I reviewed my experience. She told me she would be written up for the unhappy-face, since she was my last teller. My negative review is about lashonda. Their website shows that the post office is disability accessible. Lashonda's behavior was not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

- ALAnthony LancasterMay 23, 20261.0You risk never seeing your packages every time they get there hands on it. A lot of other people have enjoyed some very expensive items I bought over the years because this office can't be bothered to deliver to the correct address. Been dealing with their incompetence for 23 years.

- BSBecky SwindellMay 7, 20265.0Postal deliverer in Abita Lakes Estates. She is absolutely the best! I was walking when a projectile from a lawnmower struck me in my calf and was bleeding. She drove me home and was so friendly, nice and caring. God Bless her. Thank you!
