I provided him with the exact date, time, purchase amount, place it was sent to and the last 4 digits to my card. He first told me i was asking him to look for a needle in a haystack. He took my phone number and said he would call me. Friday and Saturday went by with no return call. I called on Monday and spoke to him. He stated that they were very busy and no one could look up my info. I asked if i need to come through the post office to get waited on and he rudely told me that it would get me nowhere. I called again today and he is out for a week but miraculously his worker took my info and had it for me within the hour. Andy is beyond incapable of running that place. He is rude and could care less if you need help. I am a paying customer and i expect to be seen about.
