First package was missing the watch I sent was taped up different, was refunded by USPS cost of watch. Second package didn’t arrive at all and no one will help me locate it. I suspect that location is dishonest and so poorly ran that no one cares that we want our items to arrive, all there and undamaged.

- RRRobbyJun 1, 20261.0Waited approximately 45 minutes in line on June 1, 2026, around 1:00 PM. I arrived with two important envelopes (one international) already addressed and prepared for mailing. The employee repeatedly questioned whether I was ready despite my envelopes being prepared. The interaction became increasingly confrontational, which caused me concern about proceeding with the transaction. When I asked for the phone number of a supervisor regarding the interaction, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than addressing my concerns or providing supervisory information, the employee contacted police while continuing to serve other customers. I did not threaten her or make any physical gestures toward her. In retrospect, I should have simply contacted USPS customer service directly to discuss the matter and request assistance. I ultimately left and completed my mailing at another USPS location, where the staff were professional, patient, and able to process the same shipment efficiently and pleasantly. This experience felt unnecessarily confrontational and did not reflect the level of customer service I have experienced at most other USPS locations.
