- JLJerri LottJun 4, 20261.0This post office has the most rude workers I’ve ever encountered! The blonde even rolled her eyes at me. After I stand in line, like a regular customer, get to them, and tell him I had trouble changing my address online, he tells me to step to the side. I had to pay $1.25 TWICE because they are to busy to help me with a physical form. Sorry customer service.

I followed the proper steps in returning my package, and the black male employee (that had an attitude) never gave me a receipt for the return. He said I was good and let me leave. I returned to the store because it’s been 2 weeks since returning the package, and USPS tells me it’s lost. They say they never received the package and can’t do anything without a receipt I was never given. The women today also had a TERRIBLE attitude when I was trying to get it resolved. Please leave your job if you’re so miserable and can’t do it properly. Perhaps McDonald’s?
