- RCRachael CarrilloAug 13, 20265.0I've never had a bad experience here, but often it's been mediocre. However, today Sandy was helping me. I've not been helped by her before. She was kind and very helpful, looking out for my package, helping me to change where the return address was located on my package, just to make sure it was far enough away to not confuse anyone. Then explaing when flat rate vs calculated rate is best and most cost effective. She was not rushing me, nor was she taking forever. She was kind, helpful and efficient.

After I stand in line, like a regular customer, get to them, and tell him I had trouble changing my address online, he tells me to step to the side. I had to pay $1.25 TWICE because they are to busy to help me with a physical form. Sorry customer service.

I followed the proper steps in returning my package, and the black male employee (that had an attitude) never gave me a receipt for the return. He said I was good and let me leave. I returned to the store because it’s been 2 weeks since returning the package, and USPS tells me it’s lost. They say they never received the package and can’t do anything without a receipt I was never given. The women today also had a TERRIBLE attitude when I was trying to get it resolved. Please leave your job if you’re so miserable and can’t do it properly. Perhaps McDonald’s?
