  How can you help me when you standing in the front of the store texting on your phone and I’m needing assistance . All 3 black women were gossiping / laughing and texting while I was standing up there 3-5 minutes waiting for assistance . They should be fired . This is inexcusable and I will never return to this location. I hope the mangers / owners see this.

  Nothing that follows reflects on the counter sales representative at the retail facility. I paid $150 to ship a time sensitive filing to Guam Federal Court. The documents arrived in Anchorage and stayed 6 days and did not reflect a Customs hold. The documents did finally arrive late (past the promise date) I filed a claim under the service delay guarantee by phone, and first level claims female lied and claimed Custom Hold, but when I noted no hold she transferred me to second level that promised last Friday I would receive a "25" code to call back and process refund. It's Monday- no refund code. Unfair Trade Practice, broken promise, and actionable.

  I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this FedEx location, and my interactions with the manager have been especially unprofessional. On my first visit, I was transferred to the manager for assistance with printing a poster. After being directed to her, I stood there for approximately 20 minutes without being acknowledged or updated on my order. During that time, another customer who arrived after me was helped first. I then waited an additional 10 minutes before I finally had to ask if my order was being processed. Only then was I told it would be ready in a few minutes. Throughout the interaction, there was very little communication. I even had to retrieve my own print because no one appeared to be monitoring it. After that, no one seemed interested in checking me out. On a later visit, I again experienced rude and dismissive customer service. Although I was missing some information needed for my order, I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism rather than made to feel like an inconvenience. My company has done a significant amount of business with this location, but after multiple negative experiences, we are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. Professionalism, communication, and respectful customer service should be expected by every customer.
