- CCCourtneyAug 6, 20261.0Very poor custom service. I came in for guidance regarding shipping an order for the first time. I was told to look through a bunch of junk packaging since my order couldn’t be shipped using first priority (which I know nothing about). Instead of the employee helping me, she just said “oh keep looking”. I expressed that nothing will fit this particular item I had and was told last minute that I could buy a regular shipping cover/box that wasn't “first priority.” Then I was told to cut tape and tape the packaging. If I had known I was coming to the post office to do the work or not get proper respectful instruction on how to ship a package I DEFINITELY wouldn’t have came here. As I was checking out, the employee automatically selected the “green face”circle regarding the customer service on my behalf and didn’t even give me an option to do so, very rude. Very unprofessional because I for sure would’ve selected the red circle. Will not be coming back to this location, they need better employee training.

YOU CAN TELL SHE HATES HER JOB. instead of asking how she can help me her first words were what are we doing why didn't you do this and that. Like excuse me. I need to buy a label. I work corporate and would never provide such terrible customer service. Especially in a city where jobs are limited. I left and will never use this post office again. If you cared about your business you'd hire better workers.
