- JBJordan BoydMay 23, 20261.0My package was supposed to be delivered today, it has been stuck at this processing center since yesterday morning at 6am ,i live barely an hour away ,they are saying i cant go pick it up. its a holiday weekend and i am traveling for work Monday. plus the package needs a signature, and i really needed to have this with me when i leave. people just caused a boat load of problems. someone needs to be fired because these people just don't care about the service they provide

Truck drivers are NOT responsible for unloading freight by themselves, yet they acted like it was the driver’s job to do everything. Drivers already deal with enough stress on the road and should not be treated this way. This place needs proper supervision, better training, and accountability.
