I second all of the reviews that say “Where packages go to die”. This is the absolute worst post office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I live in Dallas, Texas, and I purchased things from someone that lives in East Texas. For some reason every time I purchase something from her, my stuff gets sent to this processing center in a different state. They have lost my package several times, including the last time they sent it to Atlanta, Georgia. Every time I purchase from the seller that lives in East Texas, My package comes to this post office and will sit here for over seven days straight before it’s ever scanned or touched again. That’s not even counting the times where they ship it off to a different state to be lost until I open a grievance online. I am literally going to stop purchasing from my seller in East Texas because of this processing center. My seller in New York, who uses USPS gets my packages to me over a week before the seller that has to go through this processing center because all of her packages get stuck there for weeks. So infuriating that a single post office can disrupt the lives of many. USPS needs to go the way of blockbuster. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves and your work ethic is terrible.

I recently shipped a small package via Priority Mail in a standard USPS Priority Mail envelope. My shipment took 6 DAYS to reach its destination (excluding Sunday and the Tuesday I dropped it off at a Post Office at 7am. It spent a day and a half (36 hours) alone sitting at the Baton Rouge Processing Center. This is unacceptable for Priority Mail. Giving two stars because at least it wasn’t lost completely. Sad that is the bar nowadays.

don’t have your location listed as somewhere where you can drop off packages if you’re gonna be rude and ugly when I try to drop off my packages.
