- OSOA ScholarAug 20, 20261.0This is absolutely the worst run, unorganized, unprofessional, ghetto post office in the state of Louisiana! If I could give it zero stars I would. Do the employees know anything about being professional? Colored wigs, 4 inch fingernails, and sassy attitudes. Lines are always long and only 1 person working and she/he is always slow as molasses and has a horrible attitude. If you go there, expect to be in line for at least 45 min. minimum. I cringe when I miss my package and the mailman leaves a notice that I have to pick up my package from Old Hammond post office.
- ANAndrew NguyenAug 20, 20261.0When I went to get a key from here. There was a woman who screamed at me saying “WHY ARE YOU HERE, WE CANT HELP YOU HERE?” So I asked where do I go. She told me to go to another location. I said they’re closed. I showed my phone and it said “Temporary Closed”. It was in Spanish. She told me she can’t speak Mexican and she went to go get her boss/manager. Then she told me to go to that location. She was extremely racist. I will never go to here again. The irony too. She was black and being racist to me. Despicable.
