- ABArkedria BanksJul 1, 20261.0Tried to return a package because it keeps coming to my residence, Light skin woman with the dreads was extremely rude telling me just throw it away, I was just trying to make sure the person it belongs to get there package she told me she won't even accept it and i would have to pay for the one tjat was open anyways it was 2 of them, She so busy trying to rush everybody out being so rude with a disgusting attitude, if your description is dealing with people each and everyday why not take the time and slow down and try to help each and every customer with some class and dignity, I will never go back to the location as long as light skin dread head girl is there so disgusting it's always our kind that act so pathetic.

Today, I waited 15 minutes to drop off a labeled package and get a receipt. There were extended periods in which all the clerks went to the back to check on various things leaving a long line out front. No one seems to care. This would not be tolerated in the private sector. Needs a major overhaul.
