- SSStormy SnyderJun 13, 20265.0Every staff member was extremely helpful in finding my missing package! I came to the office the day after a failed delivery when my package was not delivered the subsequent day. The woman working the desk and her supervisor were very helpful and even called the mailman who turned around on his route and came back to see if it was in one of the boxes. A few days after I put in the service request, Linda called and had located my package. She even stayed late so I could come pick it up! Mistakes happen, but the staff made a great experience out of what could have been a frustrating one! (:
