  The bald lady who works at the front desk is so miserable and rude. She does not have a lick of manners and has the audacity to try to talk bad about me when I give her absolute 0 manners right back to her. I have never had a problem with anyone else in that office. The young lady's are always sweet and she is always the problem. This girl needs to find another job, maybe one where she could put a smile on her face if thats even possible.

  Horrible customer service. Only plus is that it is open later than most in the area.

  When i walked into this postal office i was met with a line of over 10 people wanting to be helped, we all got ignored by all staff and got walked past. I also want to directly mention Belinda Jacobs. This is the most uncaring and unworthy employee here, after she looked at everyone’s with a disgusting face she threw everyones package across the whole room. I was shipping out fragile items and she saw the label and still threw them. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I’ve come a few separate times and everytime I’m talked to like I’m stupid for simply asking questions of which way I should go about mailing a item, first four time or so I brush it off but I’m gonna go ahead and complain. Clem is not nice and always has a poor attitude, today I was mailing a check and did not see any envelopes around except one that looks like it was for a slightly larger document…..I also bought a stamp out of the kiosk. When I went up to the front i asked if need to use this or if she has an envelope and that I hav bought a stamp out the kiosk. She says “why did you do that our envelopes have a stamp on them already” I say ok well i guess can use one of those and she just puts the envelope back in the drawer and says “you need to fill that out move over so I can help another customer” (fill out the one I had gotten off the shelf)…..I scoot over and then she says not right there sir all pissy. I fill it out and put my stamp on it. She then rings up the total for another 6$ when the envelope I was buying was only like a dollar. So now I’m at about 8$ including the stamp. They take no time to explain anything if you’re asking “should I do it this way” they’ll just basically treat you like you’re stupid and are pissed off you’re there to use the post office that they decided to work at.

  I know the exact description of this employee but I will save face. Give her chance after chance everytime I go in there she acts like she does not want to work there. Does not make eye contact or even lift her head up to help. How does she still have a job, especially in this field.
