  I really used to think this was the best delivery service you can get at one time! Not even close anymore! Why give a time frame for the delivery and then not come during the times you set for the delivery? Think about that, you set the time frame of the delivery and show up 6 hours early! Crazy work! Some people have jobs and when you give me set times, hmm, like we will try and deliver your package between the hours of 10:30 - 12:30 and you show up at 4:30am how am I as the customer going to be ready for you!? And don’t get me started on the UPS famous your delivery will be there by 9pm, like wtf …. Lol!! How do you prepare for that!? Especially, if I have to sign for the package!! Do I just not go to the bathroom at that point the entire day? Lol To be fair I do have a locked gate, but you know what Amazon and Walmart did when I forgot my gate was locked because I’m human and we tend to put security first? They called me while at the gate and boom delivery made! Whomever is in charge of customer service needs to step it up! Customers are definitely not always right but come on, we can’t act like in business customers are the reason for even starting the business! Well, at the very least the customers’ money! Smh! Amazon is king of delivery now and again it is not close at all!

  $10 fee for a package was held for 5 days? I was out of town and that’s the whole reason I have a box with you and have had a box for about 8 years. Guess what, I won’t much longer. That’s absolutely ridiculous fee.

  If I needed attitude and eye-rolling, I would have just visited family. I just left this UPS Store Aug 15th at 12:10p, and the difference in customer service between the two employees was unbelievable. The gentleman working was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The female employee, on the other hand, acted like my presence was a personal inconvenience. The attitude, eye-rolling, and complete lack of basic customer service skills were unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing name badges, so I can't even identify who I interacted with. Customer service really isn't complicated: be polite, be professional, and don't roll your eyes at customers for asking you to do your job. The gentleman clearly understands that. Unfortunately, his coworker could use some serious customer service training. I don't expect anyone to roll out a red carpet at the UPS Store, but I also don't expect to leave wondering what I did to personally offend the employee behind the counter.

  i love this store. i love ariel jakobe and sean. everytime i come in there they help me. not to be racist but sometimes when i come the white lady abby, pretends not to see me and takes 5 mins to even greet a customer or even help me ship out. for instance today she shouted out something to a coworker who was leaving work and exposed his business to me. this isn’t professional. but the other 3 are good it’s just her
