  My delivery/install was on time. My installer was awesome and he made sure not scratch my walls. He was patient as I got my kids out of the way. And he even made sure to ask if I had future Reno plans so that he could he could install properly and wouldn’t have future problems.

  Delivery on time as scheduled. Very nice personnel on truck. Helped with the u loading and placing the package where requested. Thank you the help and pleasant dealing.

  Ordered a generator and set up a delivery date. We received phone calls to just keep contact and to verify protocols and delivery times. It showed up exactly on time. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks!!

  I really don’t know what to say at this point. I was supposed to get my peloton delivered last week. On the day of, no one showed up no call text or email either. So I call answering service. In the notes The delivery guy states that he tried to deliver at 7:21 in am(8:30to 11:30 was my window). But no one called 30 min prior. Also I’ve got cameras and there’s nothing on them. Here we are 8 days later and 9 calls to this place, not one returned call. No one can tell me anything. No one even knows where the peloton is and when they might return to deliver. In 8 days the hub has not answered one call or returned an email. So disappointed I’d give zero stars but it won’t let me so 1 star it is!!!
