- VJVictor JApr 30, 20261.0The recruiters at this firm are TERRIBLE... I have worked as a recruiter for 10 years, and one thing I pride myself on is responsiveness and customer service. These recruiters will not call you back or engage with you, their customer, for anything in the world, which leaves the average person unable to connect with the hundreds of jobs this company tends to boast about. Horrible experience
- WGWyatt GravesSep 10, 20251.0First time user of recruiting services. Learned the hard way. Paid 30,000 for an employee in top level position who they claimed was qualified and experienced (accounting) and this employee lasted less than 120 days. For most of the 120 days we trained or tried to ‘fix’. After he walked off job, we discovered he failed to pay one of our mortgages (was listed on a spreadsheet and checklist so very basic instructions to follow) which caused a 30 day late reporting on owners credit. Business said, ‘we’re sorry. You paid the fee and you got an employee. There’s nothing more we owe you’ essentially. They did offer to provide more services at a discounted rate aka more money - no thank you.

- SMSmile MooreJul 12, 20181.0I was recruited by Robert Half for a job. I found it odd that when I first spoke with the recruiter I was told one salary range. After meeting with them I only was told about lower paying jobs. I felt discriminated against. When I asked why I wasn’t presented the higher paying jobs I was told there were none available but the job openings by Robert Half, for this specific location , within the salary range I was looking for was posted on different job sites. I have work experience and I have a degree, but I wasn’t offered anything that reflected my professional experience. It was discouraging to see how they work. I would pursue another staffing company, because they don’t take the employee into consideration.
