- KLKay LynnJun 2, 20265.0The postmaster Ms Alicia Woods has always been so helpful when we have had an issue with a delivery - it’s only happened twice in the 5+ years we have been here. She is very nice and professional and did not hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I’m not sure of who our regular mail carrier is, but they do a great job as well. The only time we have had issues are when subs deliver our route so that is to be expected.

- DDdestinique dukesJun 28, 20132.0There has yet to be a time that I have had a good experience with the post office located in Baker, on several occasions I have had to call headquarters and report several employees and still there has been no change in the quality of service. The post office is horrible on numerous occasions packages that I have tracked that show they made it to the post office have never made it to my home, or they lie and say they tried to deliver and that no one was home and someone was there the entire time and never seen the mail truck even pass down the street. When you call they are rude and defensive and I have been told by postal people who answer the phone that I am the one lying or that fed-ex is lying even though the computer says they delivered it to them. If there was a way to receive mail without having to go through the postal service I would surely use it, it makes no sense that they would have no pride in their job and take offense in having to deliver people their mail.
