- KMK MoJul 9, 20241.0Mailed a large manilla envelope filled with important medical records at the Abita Springs post office.Handed it to the postal worker,watched as she weighed and totaled my cost,that is the last anyone has seen of my important papers.Yes,I should've sent registered or insured but I didn't and actually I trusted our post office to get it where it needed to go.Returned to report the problem and wound up leaving disgusted.No help,no "I'm sorry",just a look of "Too bad,so sad".Our home delivery service should've been my biggest clue as to the "service" I was to receive.

I also have never had any issues with anyone else who works here. They are always quick to respond to the bell and are always kind. I use this post office often for mailing.
