- L:l.Jul 7, 20261.0Staff isn't clear about upfront fees on returns. Had I known they'd charge me $2 to print a label for my return I would have taken the return home to print the label. A lot of the staff here lacks on the customer service side. I walk in & see certain staff & immediately want to run the other way. They just have such a "I hate my job attitude & I am only here for the paycheck." CRS can either make your company or break it. Lexington UPS aren't too far away for me to take my business too.

They don’t make eye contact, they give you the third degree, they ask questions that can be answered by looking at the package and tell you to press next when pressing next actually rounds up your fee for some charity. I hate this place and I don’t care who knows it.
