But I'm not grading this office on niceness, because niceness doesn't get my mail delivered properly. Ever since I moved out here my neighbor's are consistently given my packages. Today and yesterday the inevitable happened, I didn't get my packages at all. On a 50 minute call wait with USPS right now trying to find out what happened to my items. Both a phone and a case scheduled a day apart for delivery were marked as delivered online, yet my post box is empty. And they weren't sitting on the neighbor's step like usual. I'm forty-two years old and have lived all over the country. These people are the worst. If you move to Taylorsville, just get a PO box and be done with it. Save yourself from the lack of attention and accuracy and also maintain a bit of your privacy. Zero stars if I could. Livid...
