Item was placed in the recipients streetside mailbox like ordinary letters. Another time a piece with a check in it, sent to same address, ended up at the Electric Company in Detroit,Michigan. Fortunately those folks sent the check back to me.

There must be some type of conspiracy and/or Fraud occurring at this facility and/or it is very poorly managed and changes need to be made.
