  I called the store last week and told the employee I needed to ship something to the store for hold-for-pickup, planning to pick it up on the 4th. They told me the store would be open until 1pm on Saturday. Normally Saturdays they are open until 1pm, but this was the 4th of July — either the employee didn't know their holiday hours, or gave me wrong information. I'll assume it was an honest mistake, but it's still cost me real inconvenience. Now I'll have to request an RMA from the shipper and hope the same store can handle the return shipment without further errors. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and watched two other people arrive with packages realizing the same thing I am now.

  This store is always busy but the staff that works there get guests in and out quickly

  Friendly Service and They help to make sure everything is shipped and packed good, you get a tracking number And it is free no cost and it's close to home

  I Absolutely love our store in Somerset, KY. Expertise, courteous, efficient, knowledge, professional and they know their stuff!! They helped me with making perfect xlarge photos of my Grandson's Air Force Graduation, sending documents via fax and my Amazon returns. I can always count on The UPS store in Somerset KY to get things done. Grateful

  Fantastic customer service! I spoke with Meranda about a printing request on the phone. I sent it over to be printed and she followed up to make sure she understood the order. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Miranda and the whole team. 👍👍 Whenever I'm in there, they are doing a great job.
