- SJShelby Johnson2 days ago1.0Keep having issues with my sent packages not being scanned in . They get delivered to where they are going but I’m at loss on money cause buyer can’t accept package in order for my money to release. They get a free item and a refund ….. can never talk to anyone over phone . Go to office in person and there is nothing that can be done . A man from another Office was there I guess doing like a look over he said that he would contact me if he found anything out never heard anything still can’t get a hold of nobody about my issues.
- BJBrooke JonesJul 21, 20261.0I just ordered my son some school clothes and says my package was delivered to parcel locker (I live at an apartment) and when I go to my mailbox and open normally there is a key left to open parcel locker, this time there was no key. I decided to go to usps and ask the gentleman about this problem (he was very nice) and he called a driver to meet me at the parcel locker to open the box and hand me my package. When he opened the parcel locker my package was not even in a parcel locker. He then told me that it must have been put in the wrong parcel locker! Now, our apartment complex has had lots of theft and I doubt I am ever going to see this package again. It’s a shame that they put it in the wrong parcel locker, now my items more than likely were taken and now I am out $130. All they told me they could do is have a supervisor call me and I can’t even guarantee that they will. You all need to do better.
