- BWBrittany WebsterAug 16, 20221.0Just wanting to warn others not to use the service for package pickups. This is the second time in a row they haven’t picked up after paying $25 each time for them to come. They need to inform someone higher they aren’t able to so they will remove it from the website! Lesson learned; it’s just inconvenient. They also didn’t come the last time I requested pickup with mail drop off, which is ridiculous considering they’re already here. They have been picking up for me for about a year, but always earlier than scheduled. I can deal with that, but I can’t deal with giving them $25 to ignore me. People at post office are friendly, but have been closing early lately.
