Prices keep going up. And certified mail takes so long to get served, I could have literally walked the 60 miles and hand delivered it like 6 times by the time it finally got delivered.
- MDMike DouglasAug 4, 20261.0Genuinely one of the rudest human beings I have ever spoken to at this location. She was a very old woman by the name Shelly or Sherry. When I asked for a printed out receipt, because they always ask "Do you want a receipt?" and I knew this, because I ship packages all of the time. When I said I'll need one she rudely said "Yep I know I have to wait for that..." with a lot of attitude while avoiding eye contact and being extremely passive aggressive. You work at the post office lady, if you can't be in a better mood then quit. Get a real job and see how long you last with that behavior. Very out of pocket and abysmally rude. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a USPS location. Already contacted corporate over her behavior, and I will be going to ANY OTHER LOCATION besides this one from here on out. Good riddance.

She implied I was lying about not receiving mail. I wonder why she thinks I want to waste my time talking her/ would go through the effort of contacting them if I didn’t have too? All I want is my mail, I have no reason to file a false complaint, what would be the purpose of that? What would I gain? I am asking you to do your ONLY job and deliver my mail. Based on this and all the other crappy reviews the entire Radcliff postal team needs to be let go and hire new people who ACTUALLY want to work.

I told the clerk st the Vinegrove P.O that I will never go back to Radcliff P.O again, the lady behind me says, " that guy there is a rude condescending jerk is nt he? I don t go yhere anymore either" to which I simply replied " thank you". I did nt have to say anything more. A lot of poor reviews about this kat.
