As others have said, they don't even attempt to deliver packages, they just mark down "receptacle full" hours before they even start their routes. It's been this way for years. Unfortunately the broken USPS systems does not care one bit that this office operates this way, so it will never change.

They don't even attempt because I get notification that package is being held long before the mail carrier has even left the Post Office. On occasion, when a substitute mail carrier is running the route packages are delivered which is appreciated. I pay to have packages delivered to my home. I should not have to go pick them up.
