Was very helpful since I'd lost the original receipt. Staff was very patient and helpful tracking down after I found the day and amount i paid to reprint receipt. Whew.

Went in for help with international shipping and was made fun of for not knowing how to do it on my own. Yelled at me about if I needed to track it or not, and discussed how they wished they would have called in the whole time I was there. Extremely unprofessional.

It was my first time having to mail a letter and I wanted to make sure I was doing it properly and the whole time she mocked me and made me out to seem like the burden of her day. Just trashy and unprofessional and very impolite the entire way through. I wish I had gotten her name but for now I’ll refer to her as KAREN. You guys need friendly people at the front desk. I will NEVER return to this specific post office to deal with anything.
