- JCJames CrutchfieldAug 24, 20261.0Customer service was 0 help. Gave me a number to contact them directly and they were closed. They are always closed for some reason. Like doesnt even need to be a holiday. I swear they were closed on st. patricks day if i recall correctly. I now have had a new resident slip put in my mail box for no reason even though ive lived here for 4 years now. Now we have to try to get ahold to someone and get that sorted out. But oh wait. No one wants to answer and when you leave a message they dont get back to you until way later. (Been over an hour since they opened and still no call back. I called before they opened and left the message.) So yeah no usps here has the same rep as best buy as far as answering the phone and such. I work nights so i really dont have time to deal with this kind of crap. I know you dobt care what rep you have usps but you really should. Business is business. You shouldnt find more crafty ways to avoid callers that just want their mail or things dealing with their mail sorted out. Its very cowardly. The whole automated system on the 800 number literally makes you give a reason your calling so you cant talk to a representative. It even tells you to call back when you can give a reason just sobit can try to help you. And when you give it the info that it wants it still wont connect you to a agent until you try like 5 times and figure iut a way. Very low usps very low.
