Over charged me for shipping even though my package was the right size. Very rude and rushing while i was writing my address with no line behind me. Just go anywhere else. $10 to mail an envelope is insain.

I went here to ship a package to my 11 year-old nephew in Sweden and apparently three items were not allowed to be shipped unless I paid additional taxes. I then ask them if there’s any other alternate way where I could ship or if I could just ship without a items written on the label and then a guy who wasn’t even servicing me, started raising his voice and using profanity telling me I need to leave and come back with the parcels without them, knowing what’s in there and that I’m not about to let everything unwind right there in front of them very unprofessional I don’t know what customer service out there uses profanity at their customers. The guy wasn’t even the one servicing me. It was a female who was servicing me thank goodness when the guy walked to the back the female said she would go ahead and push everything through without the taxes. While I got kudos for her, but this is still by far the worse Service I’ve ever had when it came to businesses. What world do we live in now these days? I need to go back to Sweden. Until then I think I’ll be shipping through FedEx or UPS
