- SKSL K5 days ago2.0Mail carriers are great, in store customer service is hit or miss... Will say I've never lived anywhere where sorters steal coupons. I have informed delivery and specifically sign up for the coupons being sent to me, guys. Let's not make this weird 🙄

Numerous packages I’ve dropped off don’t get scanned for tracking when leaving their facility. Packages arrive late with no way to track them through the system because all the tracking says is that they have taken possession but it never gets scanned out. They have a couple of really good employees that I feel sorry for because the others are so strange and entitled. Horrible experience.
